Season to Season.

Dress: Old Navy || Jacket: XI Clothing (I found a similar one at Forever 21) || Gem Necklace: Forever 21 (check this one out) || Long Necklace: Rocksbox || Shoes: Unknown (found a ton of cuties here at heels.com, check them out!)

Living in Arizona, I really don't get a lot of opportunities to wear all the warm, cute fall/winter clothing. However, I wanted to show how you can turn a cute summer dress into something more suitable for fall and winter. I found this cute, black jacket at XI Clothing (I'm sure its still in stores) that I wore over this sundress. Any blazer/jacket and of any color would do! A leather jacket would be perfect! I paired this outfit with some black faux leather booties rather than some cute sandals, again making this outfit more appropriate for fall and winter. Now that its winter, try and figure out cute ways to wear your summer clothes rather than putting them away for the season. Just have fun with it!

Holiday Glam With Red Lip & Plum Lip

Holiday Makeup

Hey everyone!! This holiday makeup look is pretty common this time of year. There is something about a sparkly gold eye, and cherry red lips that puts you in the holiday spirit! I thought I would try to pair this gold eye makeup with a dark plum lip to change things up. I honestly love both of them so much and would wear either or to a holiday party. If bold colors aren't your thing, don't worry! A nude lip would look just as incredible too!
PS - When taking these photos it was EXTREMELY windy outside! sorry for the random hairs in my face!

DETAILS:

1- to set my lid so all shadows will blend easier.
2- transition shade for my crease
3- to warm up my crease
4- outer corner crease to add depth
5- a tiny amount to deepen outer corner
6- all over lip to clean up any fall out. (this color has a peachy gold undertone, which was I wanted for the gold glitter to go on top!).

Gold Glitter- H&M

The Cutest Quiet Book You've Ever Seen!

Okay mommas, grandmas, and aunts are you ready to see the cutest thing you've ever seen?
I seriously died when I saw this quiet book. I knew my kids would absolutely love it!

Lulu Books is a brand new small business that just launched their very first quiet book.
There are 3 ways in which you can order:
1: You can just order the digital copy meaning you will pretty much be creating the book yourself!
2: You can buy the book already laminated and bound so that all you have to do is cut out the pieces and attach them to your book. Plus you will get a copy of the digital download.
3: You can buy the complete book plus the digital download.

I obviously did option one which I absolutely loved. Making the book does take some time, but spending that time working on this for my littles has made it that much more meaningful. I mean I definitely developed some mad cutting skills!

Below I am sharing some pictures of the whole process I went through to make it!

1: You will save the digital copy onto a small hard drive and take it to your local printing shop (I went to Office Depot but I've heard Kinkos is cheaper) and print out all the pages onto cardstock.
2: Then, you cut out all the pieces on the last six pages of the book. This part is time consuming especially if you are a perfectionist!  Make sure you cut as close to the lines as you can. I
just sat down on the couch and cut away while watching Netflix!

Ahh all the hard work! I seriously feel like I am becoming a pro cutter!

3: Next, you will take all your pieces as well as the other pages of your book back to the printing store and have them laminate all the pages and pieces. You will also want them to bind your book! There are a few other options you can do with your quiet book like put them into file folders or a binder if you like that better!  I honestly think binding is the way to go!

4: Once you have all your laminated pieces you will once again cut them out! See I told you I was becoming a professional!

5: Decide how you want to attach your pieces. I just used poster tac and tore off little chunks and put them on the back of all the pieces and then put them in their spots in the book.

6: And...You're done!
Now admire you work and give yourself a pat on the back for being so crafty!

Below are a few samples of the pages. I didn't want to share every page because you should definitely wait to be surprised! Honestly it is the cutest book I have ever seen!

I could write pages and pages about how obsessed with this book I am. I cant wait to give it to my girls for Christmas. They are going to freak out! I am also so excited to spend time with them working on all the little pages. I love how educational and interactive it is, so if you are looking for a last minute gift idea for your little ones be sure to check out Lulu Quiet Books HERE

"These are a Few Of Our Favorite Things."

I am so excited to share with you a short list of gift ideas for your mom/sister/wife/friend!

They are already inexpensive but be sure to use the code PUCKERUPSTYLE20 for 20% off! Plus if you buy 2 scrubs this month you will get the 3rd for free! So shop away because everyone will love them!

We absolutely love this make-up line!  From the eye shadows, liquid lipsticks, cheek colors, to the gel liners we are completely obsessed. These are my all time favorite lip balms. I have the sweet mint and orange blossom and I seriously could not love them more. They smell heavenly and make your lips as soft as be. I've never experienced anything like them except for maybe Baby lips but they don't smell like these do!
They would make the perfect stocking stuffers and it would even be super cute to tie them on the outside of a gift!

Roxbox gives you unlimited access to rent designer jewelry. All you have to do is sign up and add jewelry to your wish list. They will then send you 3 pieces of jewelry based on your style and specific requests that you can wear as much as you want. When you are done and want new pieces you send them back and they will send you 3 more pieces! It's just $19.00 a month and you can return your jewelry as many or few times as you want! Also, if you just love one of your pieces and want to keep it forever you can buy it and use the $10 of credit you get automatically each month towards it!
I am not a huge jewelry wearer or shopper but I still love it! I also get sick of things super fast so Rocksbox is perfect for me. I also love that I am not locked into any contract and can cancel at anytime! I can't even explain to you how fun it is to get my jewelry in the mail!
Be sure to use code puckerupstylexoxo to get your first month free!
They also have some good deals going on if you want to sign up for 3, 6, or 12 month memberships, which obviously would make an amazing gift!

This is the best shampoo/conditioner. I have extremely fine hair and since having babies my hair as been falling out like crazy. At times I seriously thought I was balding. Since using Nioxin my hair has been so much healthier. I still loose a little hair but not chunks like I was before. It also adds so much volume to my hair. I love it! Right now I only use the shampoo and conditioner but they have a bunch of other products that I am dying to try. I would recommend visiting your local Ulta and checking everything out there! Also right now if you buy 2 you get a 3rd product for free!
I know this may seem like a boring gift but if you have a mom/sister/friend who wants healthier and fuller hair they will love this!

Gathre: Our Lovely Tea Party.

" Do small things with great love."
-Mother Teresa

As hard as being a mom is sometimes, I absolutely cherish moments like this. Moments when you can escape the craziness of life and just spend time together. My girls absolutely love tea parties and nutella sandwiches, so we packed our picnic basket with our leather play mat, treats, and some warm cranberry juice and headed out into the gorgeous fall weather to have our tea party!

We absolutely love our leather mat from Gathre. It is excellent quality and is SO easy to clean. Clara spilled some of her cranberry juice and it wiped right up with a damp paper towel.  There are four different sizes of mats and ours is the mini.  It was perfect for our little tea party but I'm sure I'll end up with every size eventually!

These girls are my everything. Being a mom has been the hardest yet most wonderful thing I have ever done. I find that going on little adventures makes everyone happier and I have a feeling that our mini mat will be sharing quite a few of those with us in the future!
