Laurlelu Headwraps.

Top: Old Navy (similar) || Bottoms: Old Navy || Shoes: Ebay || Headwraps: Laurlelu

The second I saw these plaid Laurlelu headwraps I knew I had to do a little photoshoot of my girls in them, especially since I had the perfect outfit to go with them! Their blue floral boots are literally the cutest shoes I have ever seen in my life and these head wraps looked perfect with them! (I'm all about the pattern mixing).  I love how this headwrap ties the whole outfit together and I love how soft and cozy it is on their little heads! They can be picky about what they let me put on them so I was so happy to see these actually staying on their heads for longer than a couple minutes!

Make sure to check out Laurlelu for the cutest hair things for little girls! Their shop will be opening in the next few days so check back because you will die at how cute everything is!

Gathre: Our Lovely Tea Party.

" Do small things with great love."
-Mother Teresa

As hard as being a mom is sometimes, I absolutely cherish moments like this. Moments when you can escape the craziness of life and just spend time together. My girls absolutely love tea parties and nutella sandwiches, so we packed our picnic basket with our leather play mat, treats, and some warm cranberry juice and headed out into the gorgeous fall weather to have our tea party!

We absolutely love our leather mat from Gathre. It is excellent quality and is SO easy to clean. Clara spilled some of her cranberry juice and it wiped right up with a damp paper towel.  There are four different sizes of mats and ours is the mini.  It was perfect for our little tea party but I'm sure I'll end up with every size eventually!

These girls are my everything. Being a mom has been the hardest yet most wonderful thing I have ever done. I find that going on little adventures makes everyone happier and I have a feeling that our mini mat will be sharing quite a few of those with us in the future!

3 Fun Traditions To Help "Kick Off" The Christmas Season.

Christmastime is seriously the best! I especially love it now that I have littles of my own. It's so fun creating traditions and watching their little faces light up with excitement as they experience all the fun things of the season.

I am so excited to share with you 3 of my favorite Christmas traditions that take place on (or around) December 1st. I consider them my "kick-off the season traditions!"

1: Christmas Pajamas
This is a tradition that I grew up with and knew that I would continue in my own family. As a child we always opened them up on Christmas Eve, but this year I decided to give them to my girls on December 1st. I thought it would be fun for them to wear throughout the Christmas season since they are Christmasy! I haven't decided if I will always do that or if I will give them on Christmas Eve. I guess we'll see!

2: Christmas books
I always get my girls a Christmas book to give to them on December 1st. We absolutely love reading and it is so fun to grow our little collection. There are so many Christmas books, so I'm sure we'll be doing this for a while!

3: Christmas Ornaments
Starting with my very first Christmas my mom would buy an ornament each year and give it to me the night we decorated our Christmas tree! I absolutely loved this. I loved that each ornament was specific to something I liked or did that year. This year I got Olivia a little ballerina doll ornament since she started ballet and performed in two recitals! I got Clara a little polar bear or "snow bear" as we call them because she is obsessed with THIS book and absolutely loves them!

Here are some pictures from our "Christmas tradition shoot."
Enjoy!

Olivia & Clara's pajamas: Gap  || Books: The Nutcracker & Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer || Ornaments: Ballerina (bought in stores at Hobby Lobby & Polar Bear (in store)

If you have any traditions that you do with your families please leave a comment below and tell us about them! I am always looking for fun things to do!

We hope you are having a fabulous Christmas season so far!

Merci.

When I first saw Freshly Picked's moccasins I knew someday one of my little ones would wear a pair of them.
While my husband's been in law school we literally have had NO money, but I've kept my eye on them, dreaming of buying a pair for my little ones.
A few weeks ago I was able to pick out Clara's very first pair and I was literally jumping up and down with excitement.  I knew that her first pair had to be the Merci ones. They are neutral, yet feminine and sparkly.
The second I put them on her feet, I died.
They were perfect!
The quality is amazing. I can tell they are well-made and will last her a long time.
In fact I hope she wears the heck out of them!
It's also important to note that you can't go wrong supporting a business like Freshly Picked. They are honest, kind and seriously have the best customer service ever.
Even though my sweet Clara isn't a baby anymore, I still like to dress her like one. I love that these moccasins help me do just that. They are dainty, soft, and comfortable; unlike all those chunky toddler shoes out there.
Let's be real, I could go on and on about how perfect they are but I'll let the pictures do that!

I have to apologize in advance, most of the pieces from our outfits are at least a few months old and are either not available anymore or they were bought in stores that don't have websites. I tried to link up what I could!

Fall shoe must haves for your little girl!

I have been doing some shoe shopping for my two little girls ages 4 and 2 for fall/winter.
My favorite stores to shop for them are Gap, Old Navy, and H&M.
Seriously you will die at some of these!
Before I share them with you I just wanted to note that I NEVER EVER buy anything full priced at Gap or Old Navy. They always have promotions going on. For example, Gap offers sales of up to 40% percent off. This is usually when I try to stock up on things I've had my eye on!
If you haven't already, sign up for their emails so you can be the first to know about them!
